Tamaki is described as sweet, quiet, kind, and friendly, but easily frightened, and not the best fighter, despite being a magic girl, Her magic is more defensive than offensive. However, she also gained mantra manipulation during her time in Gaea. She has a form that comes from fear, one that she worries and fears (stupid pun) will cause her to hurt or kill Yasha or even Asura. Although the two assure her that wouldn’t ever happen. She also has healing powers, which she often uses to heal Yasha. Tamaki also is very close to Yasha, clingy at times, and often feels safe close to him. Tamaki is also fairly mature for her age, largely due to having to fend for herself because of her abusive and negligent upbringing. However, Yasha, as her adoptive father, often does his best to take care of her, and assure her, she doesn’t have to act like an adult, and can just be a kid. She also discovered the fate of many magic girls, at least the ones who reside on the planet Gaea. If they fall into despair, they turn into humanoid Gohma, scaring her horribly and crying to Yasha, telling him, “I don’t want to turn into a Gohma! Please don’t let me turn into a Gohma!” Causing Yasha to promise her it would NEVER happen to her, he wouldn’t let it. Leading to Yasha doing everything in his power to prevent the deities from taking her and using her for Mantra. It is assumed that the reason Yasha is so protective of Tamaki, is because he wasn’t able to prevent the death of his sister, Durga, or prevent the capture and torture of his Niece, Mithra, and sees protecting Tamaki as a way to make up for those failures. Tamaki’s story begins on earth, born to a couple in Hokkaido, Japan. The wife was quiet and soft, the husband was cold and abusive. Tamaki often lived in fear of her father and tried to stay close to her mother, Even though her mother often saved herself from her husband and made Tamaki take the abuse. However, as Tamaki grew older, she began to see how her parents weren’t good people, despite still loving her mother, she often just stayed over at friends' houses for days at a time, wanting to avoid her parents, showing a touch of maturity. She often spent time with her two best friends: an American teenage immigrant named Ashley Taylor and her post-sister, a young Ainu girl named Mifuyu Azusa. Although Ashley later went missing and was never heard from again. The disappearance made the whole province as well as both Japanese and Ainu communities come together to find the missing teenage immigrant. Sadly there was no trace of her, and her case tragically went cold and remained unsolved. Not long later Tamaki’s mother was beaten to death by her father. While Tamaki was at school. Leaving Tamaki in shock, she was unsure how to react, due to her distant relationship with her parents. rather than going home, to be interrogated by Japanese police, she instead walked to Mifuyu’s house. On the way there, She stumbled upon a pink fox girl, who claims to have seen her suffering and wants to help her. Tamaki asks how that’s possible. The fox girl tells Tamaki all she has to do is make a wish, and she’ll make it come true, leaving Tamaki in awe, and she quickly makes a wish. Saying, “I wish to leave for the stars, and find a friend.” The fox girl casts her wish, swirling her upwards in a glitter tornado and whisking her away, transforming her within the storm into a magic girl. The storm whirled her off the planet, taking her far from Earth. Eventually, the storm dissipated, revealing to Tamaki not only her changed appearance but also where she was, wasn’t Earth anymore. At first, she was ecstatic, as it seemed her wish was granted, especially since it meant she didn’t have to deal with her father ever again. Although she didn’t know why she looked the way she did. She soon discovers her glitter magic by accident, launching a wall of glitter across the empty field; causing a red and black elephant from afar to target her. At first, Tamaki didn’t know what was going on, or why the ground was shaking. Until the black and red elephant came into view and roared, scaring Tamaki, making the girl shriek, and trying her best to run away. Which was easier said than done. The elephant quickly caught up and tripped her up with a powerful stomp. The Elephant raised its foot and brought it down on her, and it was held back by her glitter magic coming out and shielding her. But the elephant quickly began to start to crush her shield underfoot, making her curl up into a fetal position and sob, screaming for help, through teary eyes and a snotty nose. Just as her shield broke and the elephant’s foot came down, Suddenly she heard a deep battle cry and an explosion. Making the scared girl crank her head up and see the elephant roar in agony as it exploded into magma. She also caught a glimpse of who saved her: a man in gray and gold Japanese garbs, a long white scarf, black hair, and a gold mask. The man appeared to be flying with a blue aura following him. The mask-wearing stranger landed and approached Tamaki, which scared Tamaki a little, making her cry a bit, unsure she could trust the stranger. The stranger sighed and lowered his mask, revealing his face which held striking orange eyes, and an almost resting frown. He told her she didn’t have to be scared, and that she was okay. Which calmed her down somewhat. He then introduced himself, Yasha and gently asked Tamaki what her name was. With her replying softly with her name. Yasha slowly drew closer to Tamaki, giving him a chance to get a better look at her and noticed her outfit, and how odd it looked. He soon stood next to her, and helped her up. Tamaki weakly asked Yasha why the elephant attacked her. Yasha responded by telling her the creature wasn’t an elephant, but rather a Gohma. A creature of corruption and destruction. One that seeks to take the souls of mortals and lay waste. The explanation frightens Tamaki, and Yasha assures the girl that No Gohma would harm her. Relieving Tamaki’s nerves, she asks Yasha what planet she’s on currently. Yasha tells her it’s a planet known as Gaea, and he asks in return what planet she’s from. Tamaki replies that she’s from a planet called Earth. Something that intrigues Yasha, as he had never heard of a planet like that, not in a long time at least. Yasha later hid Tamaki, hoping to ensure that the other deities don’t know about her, not wanting to think about what they would do to her. For a while, Yasha would pop up at the village to check on Tamaki, often claiming to Deus and the other deities that he was going on Gohma patrols. It was during these visits that allowed the pair to get to know each other better, causing a strong friendship to form between them. At one point, Tamaki asked Yasha why he hid his face behind a mask all the time. Yasha at first didn’t know how to respond, but managed to say that he tended to hide his emotions, trying to fight for Deus’s cause. Tamaki was left curious as to why Yasha would hide his emotions. However, it didn’t take long til she was found, as the village she was hidden at was picked for purification by the Lust deity, Olga. When the Shinkoku fleet arrived, with soldiers and mantra machines, Tamaki did her best to protect the villagers. By making glitter shields, to block the infantry, and making glitter swirls to shove the infantry away. However, Olga sent a Taison to stop the magic girl, or as the seven deities call them “jaadoo girls” (Jaadoo, जादू in Hindi translates to magic). Despite Tamaki’s best efforts, she was no match for the Taison, who was unfazed by her magic and sent her flying. Knocking the girl unconscious, shattering her aura, and making a large bruise on her cheek and left eye form; and leaving the villagers at the mercy of the Shinkoku military. When Tamaki finally came to, she was locked up in a white and silver prison cell, with gold bars. She flinched in pain from her bruise. She saw Olga approach her cell, which frightened Tamaki, making her scoot away from the Lust deity. Olga laughed at the girl’s fear, Tamaki asked what the deity’s name was, Olga scoffed and said her name. She told Tamaki that she had a great purpose now. One for Lord Deus, and how her being a jaadoo girl would help with the great rebirth. Tamaki fearfully asks what Olga means, and Olga responds, “you are a wealth of a source for Mantra!” Olga then snapped her fingers, which made two Colossi come into the room and open the bars of the cell. Before they could grab her, Tamaki created a powerful swirl of glitter and tossed the three away, giving Tamaki a chance to run away. Once Olga crashed onto the floor, the impact making her aura shimmer, she grew enraged and yelled at the two Colossi to capture her. The Colossi waste no time giving chase. Soon Yasha heard about the purification of the village he hid Tamaki in, and soon received a screen call from Olga. Who quickly told Yasha about their jaadoo girl escape situation. Yasha knew Olga was talking about Tamaki but kept his cool, and chose to act like it was news to him. Olga had the feeling Yasha was holding back information; she proceeded to ask him about the village that was recently purified, hoping to get the melancholy deity to crack. Yasha hid his anger and mentioned he found the village during his Gohma patrols. Olga responded, asking if he had seen any jaadoo girls there. Reminding him of the protocol of when a deity or infantry finds a jaadoo girl; “To detain, capture, and bring for mantra processing, and dispose of them when they inevitably warp into Gohma once they are properly drained.” Yasha holds his ground telling her he didn’t see any jaadoo girls there. Olga soon grew tired of the back and forth, and chose to show footage of the escaped jaadoo girl, hoping it reveals something. Once Olga showed him the footage of Tamaki running tearfully away from the Colossi, Yasha tried to hide his emotions, and luckily succeedes, making Olga sigh in defeat. She shuts off the video and asks Yasha if he could lead a group to find the Jaadoo girl. But Yasha doesn’t respond. Which makes Olga laugh, and she asks him what’s making him hesitate now, Before she can berate him further, Olga gets an alert from her soldiers that they found Asura, but he looked dark and appeared to ooze with Mantra. Olga scowled and told Yasha they would continue the discussion at another time. Once Olga hung up, Yasha had a moment of questioning, knowing and understanding the Jaadoo girl protocol and how it helps with the cause, and knew well he had captured and sacrificed many Jaadoo girls by this point, but at the same time, Tamaki didn’t deserve to suffer such a fate, as he developed a bond with the girl. In the end, Yasha chose to risk the cause, just for a moment, to save the girl. He rushed out quickly and fought the two colossi, defeating them, and saving Tamaki, who cried and ran to Yasha and embraced him tightly, grateful he came and saved her. Yasha froze a moment from her hug, but shed a single tear under his mask and hugged her tightly. He told her he’d always be there to protect her, No matter what. Once the two separated, Yasha took Tamaki off Deus’ ship and brought her to his ship, and hid her once more. Not long later, he heard about Olga’s plan to fire the brahmastra, and quickly called Olga and told her not to fire the weapon. However, Olga quickly questions what happened to the jaadoo girl, and if Yasha had anything to do with it. Yasha claimed it was likely the girl escaped on her own. Olga grew angered and finally responded on the matter of the brahmastra, telling him there was no other way to destroy Asura. Yasha quickly retorts that if Olga fires the Brahmastra, many human souls would be wasted, and they’d be farther away from their goal of the great rebirth. Olga replies rather harshly, saying they can just get more mantra, and besides, they can have a head start…. If Yasha hands over the jaadoo girl. Taking Yasha aback, and scaring Tamaki. Yasha at first acts coy, stating to Olga, that she had gone mad, or jumped to conclusions. Olga told Yasha not to act dumb and revealed to him the security footage of him defeating the Colossi, and comforting the jaadoo girl. Yasha realized he slipped up and didn’t take the security cameras into account. Olga tells Yasha that either he hands the Jaadoo girl over, or he is branded a traitor. Yasha weighed his options, questioning the cause, Olga grew impatient and demanded an answer. Even asking how this girl seemingly meant more to him than his sister did. The statement surprises Tamaki, who begins to wonder what Yasha had been through before now and if it had anything to do with him hiding his emotions with his mask. Olga continues, asking if the girl was more important than the cause. Yasha sighed, almost in a resigning manner, feeling he didn’t have a choice, and just as he was about to respond, he felt a pair of small arms wrap around him from behind, he cranked his head to the side, to see Tamaki, who whispered in the assurance that he was still her friend, no matter what, as she knew he didn’t want to do any of this. Yasha turned back to Olga, and once more asked her to not fire the brahmastra, saying he will fight Asura. However, Olga laughs and reminds him of how his last fight with the fallen wrath deity couldn’t keep him in Naraka. Olga still chooses to fire the brahmastra, reminding Yasha he had a choice to make. She ended the call and went to activate the brahmastra. Tamaki pulled away from Yasha once Olga ended the call. Yasha removed his mask and kneeled down in front of Tamaki, he admitted to her that when he met her, he knew she was a jaadoo girl, and knew he had to detain and capture her, but couldn’t bring himself to do so this time. He didn’t know why that was. Tamaki merely smiled at the melancholy deity and told him they needed to stop Olga from firing the machine. Yasha was at first hesitant to allow Tamaki to come along, but Tamaki convinced him by telling him she wanted to shield him from the soldiers. Yasha put his mask back on and turned around in a kneeling stance to allow Tamaki to hold onto him. Tamaki wrapped her arms around his neck, and Yasha stood up and quickly went to stop the Brahmastra from Firing off. He rushed throughout the fleet, but at one point, was stopped by a Rasho who questioned what Yasha was doing, and why he had a Jaadoo girl with him. Yasha tells the middle-ranking soldier that he was going to stop the injustice of the wasted mantra in the brahmastra. But also, he had this particular jaadoo girl, under his protection. Which made the Rasho yell that Yasha had gone mad and called for all the soldiers to capture both him and the jaadoo girl. Leading to a fight that Yasha dominated, thanks in part to Tamaki shielding him. Once Yasha destroyed the Rasho and his men, he continued onward, rushing through the defenses with Tamaki’s help. Soon the pair came upon the entrance of the base of the Karma fortress, where the brahmastra is fired, hear the “T minus five minutes” warning, and continue onward, with steely resolve burning within Yasha. He tears through the aerial lotus pods that blasted, and made the leap from the entrance to the Karma fortress, the view from the leap left Tamaki speechless. Once they landed, the pair heard Olga, who berated Yasha for his clear act of betrayal, due to not only trying to stop the Brahmastra but also having Tamaki with him, instead of turning her over. Yasha merely replied, “Even Gods are not above reproach!” He continued on his path until he heard Olga say that if he shut it down, the Brahmastra would vanish. This made Yasha start to hesitate, and once again question his path, until Tamaki told him, “It’s okay…” which ended his hesitation and he rushed to the Brahmastra and fought through the large group of Taison Nyudo, who were firing with mantra machine guns. Tamaki helped Yasha by using a glitter swirl on herself which increased Yasha’s speed immensely. Although they don’t make it and the Brahmastra fires anyway, Tamaki unleashed a powerful glitter burst, giving the edge Yasha needed to get through and hit the Karma fortress, diverting the beam. Angering Olga over Yasha’s interference and seeming betrayal. Olga calls for Sergei to deal with the traitor, forcing Yasha to leave and head for Gaea. once they get planetside, Yasha sees a village in the trajectory of many Gohma, Yasha drops off Tamaki not far from the village and has her create a glitter dome to shield the village. Yasha then headed to deal with the large amount of Gohma, and despite being overwhelmed, he refused to yield. It wasn’t long before some Gohma reached the dome Tamaki created. She held her ground, hoping Yasha would succeed. However, Sergei’s fleet comes to the village and starts blasting at the Gohma, and soon began blasting at Tamaki’s shield, causing great stress to Tamaki, both physically and mentally. Before the shield could break, something blasted through the ship, stopping the barrage. At first, Tamaki thought it was Yasha, only to instead see a black blur whirl past her at breakneck speed. The sight startled Tamaki, and the strange blur tore a chunk out of her cape. Tamaki brought down her shield out of exhaustion but managed to get back up from her knees. She used her glitter swirls to propel herself quickly to reach Yasha; she soon came upon him, speaking to a lanky deity. Once Tamaki landed, the deity, revealed to be Sergei, was pleased to see the jaadoo girl join them. Yasha responds by having Tamaki go behind him, an action that makes Sergei laugh. He mentions that it would be in the best interest of both to surrender and allow Tamaki to go through the beauty of giving herself to become a source of mantra, and in the following beauty of being put down as a Gohma. The thought of turning into a Gohma shook Tamaki to her core, she shrieked to Yasha, “I don’t want to turn into a Gohma! Please don’t let me turn into a Gohma!” the sight of the girl’s horror pleased Sergei, who was more than excited to see her warp and be put down. The thought causes a sense of ecstasy within the vanity deity. However, for Yasha, hearing the girl cry in terror over the Thought of turning into a Gohma, elicited a different reaction from him. He stated in a harsh tone, “No she won’t.” As well as pushed her closer to his back. Sergei stopped laughing and questioned what he had heard. Before Yasha could elaborate on his statement, wrath Asura appeared and disemboweled Sergei with one slash of his carbon claws. Taking Yasha by surprise, and scaring Tamaki half to death, causing her to scream. Wrath Asura lifted Sergei by the neck, and rather than panic, Sergei took delight in Asura’s literal wrath. He questioned what fueled his wrath, letting slip Durga’s name. The vanity deity revealed that he was the one who kidnapped Mithra, the daughter of Asura, and murdered Durga, Asura’s wife and Yasha’s sister. However, Yasha holds back his emotions, making Tamaki remember Olga’s words, “How does this Jaadoo girl mean far more to you than your own sister?” Yasha’s lack of reaction heavily disappoints Sergei, Yasha shakily admits he already knew, which surprised Tamaki, causing tears to well in her eyes. Sergei tells Yasha that he had seemingly proved his loyalty, and he felt that Yasha shouldn’t have a problem handing the Jaadoo girl over to him. Yasha turned his head to Tamaki, seeing her puffy red eyes, all her tears soaking his scarf, he turned back to Sergei, and admits that he failed his sister with his choice all those years ago, but he wouldn’t fail Tamaki. The response highly upsets Sergei. However, Wrath Asura choke slams Sergei and lifts his foot, prompting Yasha to shield Tamaki’s eyes. Wrath Asura stomps on Sergei’s head, killing the vanity deity instantly, causing him to fade into mantra. Yasha soon had a moment of catharsis, commenting how, “When you live among the stars, you lose sight of what is happening on the ground.” Wrath Asura quickly rushes toward the pair, with Yasha making a quick decision to shove Tamaki out of Wrath Asura’s path, and her rolling on the ground. Once she got her bearings, she watched helplessly as Yasha tried to reason with Wrath Asura, only for him to be punched and launched at a cliff face, breaking his mask, as well as breaking his aura, and causing him to plummet to the ground. The sight of Yasha getting hurt made Tamaki scream and rush toward Yasha. Wrath Asura paused his attack, allowing the Jaadoo girl to reach Yasha. Tamaki quickly checked on her friend, tearfully begging him to be alright. Yasha saw the worried Tamaki, and quietly assured her he was fine. Yasha stood up and angrily took on Wrath Asura, causing an intense battle to ensue, the sight of Yasha’s rage shocked Tamaki. Yasha soon defeats Asura, turning him to normal, but knocking him out. Yasha has Tamaki stay with Asura, assuring her he won’t hurt her. Tamaki asked where Yasha was going, Yasha responded that he was going to stop Deus, and felt he had the key to save the planet from the Gohma. With that, Yasha left, and Tamaki sat by Asura for hours until he suddenly stirred awake with a yell, startling the girl to tears. Asura saw the Jaadoo girl, kneeled in front of her, and apologized to her for scaring her, Tamaki was surprised by the fallen wrath deity’s apology. Asura also implies that he saw her while in his wrath state, and admits he did his best not to run her over. Making Tamaki realize the black blur was Asura dodging her to ensure he didn’t hurt her. Tamaki introduced herself, and Asura introduced himself as well. However, Asura noticed the chunk torn out of her cape, and saw her face bruise and feared he actually hurt Tamaki. Actually panicking and feeling horrible over the possibility. Tamaki quickly assured Asura that while he may have torn the chunk out of her cape, it wasn’t him that caused the bruise. It was a Taison that attacked her while she tried to protect a village. Asura grows angry and yells to the sky, “HOW MANY INNOCENT LIVES HAVE TO SUFFER FOR YOU BASTARDS!?” Asura gets up and prepares to head off, Tamaki stops him and insists on going with him, saying she wanted to help Yasha, and she could shield him. Asura hesitates, thinking back to Ahira and her literal death of fire, Tamaki manages to convince Asura, by assuring him she’ll be fine thanks to her shielding magic. Asura agrees, and summons his vaijta form, and uses his bottom arms to lift and hold Tamaki against his back piggyback style. He proceeded to head off, literally launching them both into the air, with Asura pledging that Deus wouldn’t take another life. Once the pair landed in the entrance of Shinto, Asura wasted no time fighting the infantry with Tamaki shielding him and boosting him forward as needed. Once the outside forces were handled, the pair made their way inside the temple, where he laid waste to the guards. Asura then proceeded to punch through the door and the pair headed down the hallway where the two watched as Yasha was thrown out the door in front of them. Asura stops Yasha before he can go further and lets Tamaki off his back. Tamaki embraces Yasha, glad that he was alright. Yasha, while still angered and full of adrenaline, did a soft sigh, and wrapped one of his arms around Tamaki. Asura asks what Yasha was thinking, although Yasha simply shoves Asura away with his free hand, telling Asura that what he was doing didn’t concern him. Before Asura could respond, Deus arrives, and comments on the lowlyness of the two, but also mentions he’s glad to finally see the Jaadoo girl he heard Olga talk about. Tamaki quickly hid behind Yasha and Asura. Asura flies into a rage and rushes Deus, grabbing him by the throat only to be drop kicked by Yasha, who tells Asura that he was there first. The pair began to argue over who had first rights to fight Deus, until they heard Tamaki shriek. The two saw Deus walk into the room they were in, holding Tamaki by her hair, and her sobbing from fear and pain. Deus comments how pathetic the two are, leaving the Jaadoo girl unattended, but thanks the two for allowing him to use her for the great cause of saving the world. Sending both into a rage, and causes Asura to unleash further amounts of mantra. He shouts to Deus, questioning his murder of humans, and milking of Jaadoo girls, how could that be the best Deus could think of. He also damns Deus for making Mithra and Tamaki suffer for his so-called “cause”. Deus replies by merely tossing Tamaki across the room, and proceeds to fight Asura. Yasha quickly rushed and caught Tamaki before she could hit the floor. Tamaki embraced Yasha, while hyperventilating harshly. Yasha comforted Tamaki, pulling away from her and holding her hand tightly. Yasha then tells Tamaki to stay back and goes to assist Asura against Deus. Tamaki watched as the pair fought Deus, and struggled as Deus dodged, however, Yasha manages to land a hit by a gentle burst that phased through Asura, and sent Deus flying. Asura rushed in with a double drop kick to Deus’s face. Once Deus stood back up, he began to monologue about why the mortals deserved to die. Pissing off the pair, and Tamaki created a glitter burst that threw Deus to shut him up and launched him toward Asura, where he punched the pride deity in the side of the face, sending Deus into the wall, finally shattering his aura. Deus then fused with the karma fortress, saying, “To fight the will of the planet, you must attain the power of a god!…. Behold! This is that very power!” In turn Deus became Sakra Devanam Indra Deus. Deus gloats how he is the master of destiny and how he is the chosen one to save the world. Asura and Yasha agree on the fact that they’ll fight Deus no matter his size. Although Yasha tries to lament about Deus’s destructive choices, only for Asura to remind Yasha they had no time to waste. Yasha summons his corvette, the lone wolf. He gets on, and Asura hops onto the front of the corvette, and Tamaki sits behind Yasha and holds on tightly to him. Yasha sighed knowing he couldn’t convince Tamaki to stay behind, but voiced his issues with Asura. Asura tells him they'll settle it later, and for him to just drive. Yasha warns Asura to not blame him if he falls off the corvette. The trio took off and headed to take on Deus. With Tamaki shielding them, they fly through the fleet, destroying every ship in their path. However they get chased by multiple heat seeking missiles, but are able to dodge and return them to the sender. They dealt with the other ships, with Asura blasting them all to… naraka. Unfortunately Deus tries to crush them with the hands of the Karma fortress. Tamaki helps Yasha speed up with a powerful glitter burst the sends them through just in time. They crash land within the karma fortress, all their auras were broken by the crash. But they chose to continue, Asura especially after hearing that Mithra was in the fortress. Once they get inside of the reactor room, Yasha reveals the amount of humans and Jaadoo girls that have been sacrificed: seven trillion. Angering Asura, and shocking Tamaki, Yasha apologizes to Tamaki about what he had done to help Deus. Once Asura destroys most of the mantra converters, they go through the halls and enter the main area where Mithra is held. There Deus reveals himself and goes to attack the pair, with Yasha ensuring Tamaki stays far away. She watched helplessly as the two struggled against Deus, it seemed that no matter how hard they fought, Deus barely took damage. She grew worried knowing the two’s aura was still broken. The pair try to do a combined attack, which appears to work, but Deus blasts them both with electricity, tossing both in opposite directions, and both being knocked out. But Tamaki truly thought the pair died, which devastated her. Deus turned his attention to her and approached her. However, Tamaki’s mantra gem turned black, her tears turned to blood and poured out, a sash made from mantra appeared on her face covering her blood pouring eyes, with her hair undoing itself, and turning white, and flying upward, lifting her into the air, her outfit turned black and gold, and she gained a pair of black and red sickles. She went and attacked Deus in a rage, shocking the pride deity. Deus was forced to go on the defensive against Tamaki. She breaks Deus’s aura and no matter how many strikes of lightning he hurled at the dark Jaadoo girl, she wasn’t fazed. Soon enough, the Pair finally regain consciousness. They’re left in utter shock and horror at Tamaki. Deus grows desperate enough to use Mithra’s power to heal his aura and his wounds, the sight angers Asura and he goes to attack Deus and drop kicks him. Tamaki almost attacked Asura until Yasha rushed and leapt, grabbing the dark Jaadoo girl and forcing her to the ground. As Yasha dealt with the dark jaadoo girl, Asura dealt with Deus. Yasha reasoned with Tamaki, trying to get through to her, but she merely kicked him off of her and went to slash at him with her sickles, forcing Yasha to dodge her slashes. Yasha kept trying to reason with Tamaki, not wanting to fight her, Although she didn’t listen and kept attacking. Yasha began to grow desperate, almost begging Tamaki to listen to his voice. Tamaki finally stopped attacking and weakly asked, “…Y-Yasha…?” She weakly reached out to the melancholy deity, and dropped her sickles, Yasha took her hand and pulled her close, she cried in Yasha’s arms as her mantra gem was restored to normal, and she turned back to her normal self, her hair going back to its original hairstyle and color, and the pouring blood turned back into tears, her sash faded into mantra. Her clothes went back to pink and blue. As this went on, Asura was embroiled in an intense battle with Deus, with both oozing with loads of mantra. Yasha soothed the sobbing Jaadoo girl, softly singing a song to her. Soon enough Asura finally defeated Deus, roasting him with fire mantra. Once Deus stumbled and fell, Yasha stopped singing and separated from Tamaki and the pair rushed over to Asura. Asura was grateful to see Tamaki normal again. However, Deus was lifted into the air, and at first the three thought they’d have to fight him again, only for all the Mantra he gathered to burst out of his body, and he fell back down, this time on his back. Mithra was freed from her constraints and fell. Asura quickly jumped up and caught the young mantra deity. However, it wasn’t over, the core of the earth (or the butt crack-) opened and vlitra appeared in his hydra form. Asura ran down to see Vlitra and gently set Mithra down. Yasha and Tamaki went up there as Mithra awoke, with the girl saying, “Uncle…?” Yasha felt heavy Shame, feeling he didn’t deserve to be called Mithra’s uncle. Mithra assured him it was alright, and saw Tamaki, and asked who the Jaadoo girl was. Tamaki introduced herself to Mithra. Mithra introduced herself as well, feeling it was a pleasure to meet the girl. Mithra soon asked where her father was; Yasha replied that he was there, and he fought to save her. Yasha began to head down to assist Asura, Tamaki asked if she could come, Yasha told her no, and to stay with Mithra, as it was far too dangerous. Tamaki begrudgingly agreed to stay behind this time. Yasha then headed down and joined Asura and headed to fight Vlitra. The two girls watched as the two deities fought Vlitra, at one point, they were blasted by Vlitra’s large ray, decimating them, and breaking their auras. The two girls grew worried, and Tamaki sobbed heavily, before her mantra gem could darken again, Mithra rested a hand on Tamaki’s shoulder, snapping the Jaadoo girl back to reality as Mithra used her powers to increase the two’s abilities, turning them both into their mantra forms. The girls watched hopefully as the two entered Vlitra and awaited their return. After an hour, the two appeared as two lights in space, making the girls cry and hug each other happily. Soon enough the two return and approach the girls, both hugging their respective daughter, assuring them the nightmare was finally over. Then they were approached by a man with white hair and that wore green. At first they weren’t sure if he was an enemy or not. The man introduces himself as Ozpin, and tells them he had been watching them, and was grateful to see their victory. He offered them a place where they’d not have to worry about Deus again, and have a proper chance to start over. The four look at each other, and thought about it. In the end they agreed and went through a portal with Ozpin. There they came to Skylands. The look of the world astounded them. Soon enough, the three deities heard a familiar female voice. Asura and Yasha froze, thinking they were hearing things, but Mithra turned around and saw Durga, and cried happily and rushed to her shouting how happy she was to see her Mom again, and embraced her. The two turned and were shocked to see Durga. Asura teared up and went to his wife and daughter and hugged them both tightly. Durga turned to her brother, who at first didn’t think he deserved a hug from her, stating his regrets for not stopping her death.
